We are able to produce a wide range of Cu alloys and then check the composition with SPECTROLAB M8.
MEANS OF SHAPING AND PRODUCTION PARAMETERS:
Means of shaping: A. manual B. mechanical
Casting weight: 0,2 - 1000 kg 0,2 - 25 kg
Max. dimensions of castings: 1.500 x 1.500 mm
(above standard also other dimensions) 430 x 320 x 250 mm
Efficient series: up to 100 pieces over 100 pieces
CAPACITY:
20 tuns/monthly
USAGE:
Machinery parts with friction stress at high pressures, dynamical loading, partially corrosion resistant: gear wheel rims, bearing cases with flanges, pump bodies, artistic objects (bells, doorhandles, plagues etc.).
ARTISTIC CASTINGS FROM CU ALLOYS:
Artistic castings from Cu alloys are poured into imported special sand mixtures. Depending on the customers' needs the castings can be patinated.
FINISHING TREATMENT:
We can deliver the castings heat treated (tempered) or/and surface treated (ground, blasted with steel bullets etc.). Other treatment (e.g. galvanising) can be provided in cooperation with our long-term partners
